This cottage has an open lounge/kitchen downstairs. The dining area opens onto a South-facing patio area with the kitchen in the middle & the lounge area to the rear. Upstairs there are two bedrooms & a bathroom. All the rooms have electric heaters & the cottage has wifi internet access (approx 30 Mbps).

 

 

 

The dining area benefits from large windows looking South.

 

 

 

The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, extractor, washing machine & fridge/freezer.

 

 

 

The lounge has a 32 inch tv (freesat) with two large sofas.

 

 

 

The bedroom to the rear has a double bed, a large wardrobe & a chest of drawers. The window looks over open fields to the North.

 

 

 

The second bedroom at the front has two single beds & curtained clothes storage. Two skylights make this a bright room & the small window looks over the Worth Valley to the South

 

 

 

The modern bathroom has an electric shower, heated towel rail, wash basin & toilet.
